Fluffy Steamed Bao

A basic plain 50% whole wheat steamed bun.

Yields1 Serving
 150 g cake flour (to make 1 cup cake flour: take 1 cup all purpose flour, remove 2 tbsp, then replace the 2 tbsp with corn starch)
 150 g whole wheat flour
 4 g instant yeast
 13 g sugar about 1 Tbsp, more or less to your taste
 1 tbsp cooking oil
 ¼ tsp salt
 150 ml milk or water (start with this amount, you'll need more), cold or room temperature
