Wonder’s Choco Chip Cookies

Dry Ingredients Bowl
 2.50 cups Unsifted all-purpose flour
 1 tsp Baking soda
 1 tsp Salt
Mixer Bowl (Wet)
 1 cup Butter, softened (227g)
 0.50 cup Granulated sugar
 0.50 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
 2 Large eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Fillings
 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (1 pack = 300g)
 1 cup Roughly chopped walnuts

Preheat Oven to 190°C. (375°F). Line baking tray with baking paper

Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, Combine flour, baking soda, salt; Set aside.

In Mixer:
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually add flour mixture until combined.
Stir in fillings; chocolate chips and walnuts.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets
Bake for 18 mins @ 190°C. (375°F)
Check and rotate @ 10mins.
