Steaming Eggs

To make the perfect steamed eggs, always have the ratio of 1 egg : 1.5 water.

For example, for 200g eggs, add 300g water.

Other than salt, can add some mushroom seasoning for sweetness.

Steam on low heat until the middle part feels like jello instead of watery when you shake them. (appox 10-15mins?)

*make sure the water is boiling first before putting in the eggs and turning the fire to low.
